Comforting Home Care Announces Dedicated 24 Hour Client Line

Comforting Home Care is committed to going above and beyond to help our customers stay in their homes. That’s why we have always offered 24 hour phone access to our clients. We typically routed all after-hour calls through our main numbers, 610-813-2124 and 866-276-3572, but this co-mingled many calls for information about our services from new individuals with calls from our existing clients.

Often times our existing customers had urgent and immediate needs, and we felt that it was important to offer them a special access number. That's why we began offering a new 24 hour phone service dedicated exclusively to existing Comforting Home Care clients in January of this year. The new After-Hours Service Number puts clients in touch with the On-Call Supervisor - not an answering service to phone menu. Better still, the On-Call Supervisor is always a Comforting Home Care employee that will be able to help you right away. That is the level of service our clients expect, and that is what we deliver.

The After-Hours Service Number is strictly for existing Comforting Home Care clients, so we won't list it here. But, when all you need is a little help...we'll be there with 24 hour home care assistance!

We are just a phone call away. Call us at (610-813-2124) and find out why Comforting Home Care is the Lehigh Valley's premier home care provider.
