Personal Testimonials Caring for Loved Ones - Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Memory Loss

Most of us will be in a position of providing care for a loved one at some point in our lives. I've been in this situation so I can tell you first hand that there will be difficult times for you and all of your family members. But, I can also reassure you that caring for an aging parent or loved one can be one of the most rewarding experiences in your life. As Amy O'Rourke so eloquently explains to us in her incredible TED talk on caring for aging parents, this experience, including the heartaches and joys, is one that we do not want to miss.

It's important to recognize that you are not the only person going through this. Millions of other families have been in the same situation. Sometimes it's helpful to listen to the honest stories of people like yourself. Sometimes just knowing that others "have been there" gives us just the confidence and strength that we need. We're thankful for the unpaid, honest testimonials from people in this video who were willing to share their stories with us.

I share my personal story with my clients and their families every day in order to let them know that they are not alone and that help is available. I was a young, single mother with four small children, and I could not have cared for my grandmother without help from family, friends, and professionals. Today my company is dedicated to providing families throughout the greater Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and Reading areas with the best available home care for their loved ones afflicted with dementia, Alzheimer's, and other memory loss conditions. Whether you are caring for an elderly parent, grandparent, sibling, or spouse - in your home or from 1,000 mile away - we can help.

When all you need is a little help ... We'll be there.
