Comforting Home Care by Phoebe is working with the CDC, PA Department of Health, and PA Office of Long Term Living to support efforts to reduce the likelihood of the spread of infection of the COVID-19 virus. While there is no way to predict the severity of the impact of COVID-19, we are taking steps to ensure continuity of operations.

Bob, an engineering graduate of Penn State University and successful Capital Equipment Sales Director, founded Comforting Home Care by Phoebe alongside his longtime friends John Gaffney and Greg Skibinski. Each driven by a lifelong desire to give back to society, the three founders applied their individual talents to establish CHCP as a regional leader in serving seniors in need.
Senior Home Care Franchises - Why I Chose to be an Independent

There is nothing inherently wrong with any of the senior home care franchises. Not surprisingly, I seriously investigated several national franchises before I opened Comforting Home Care. They did offer a head start on marketing and advertising and they certainly had some good accounting tools. I'm a professional nurse, and, frankly, I was more concerned about providing care and less interested in the "business" of home care so these franchises seemed like a good way to get started.

We are passionate advocates for seniors and the disabled in our community. Our mission is to help people remain in their homes while maintaining their independence and dignity.
Comforting Home Care Announces Dedicated 24 Hour Client Line

Comforting Home Care is committed to going above and beyond to help our customers stay in their homes. That’s why we have always offered 24 hour phone access to our clients. We typically routed all after-hour calls through our main numbers, 610-813-2124 and 866-276-3572, but this co-mingled many calls for information about our services from new individuals with calls from our existing clients.
